All Sales Final – No Returns or Refunds
Please note that all purchases are final. Due to the nature of our products—especially live plants—we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We take great care to ensure our items are healthy and properly packaged at the time of sale or shipment.
Shipping Disclaimer: While we do our best to package plants securely, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. Once the package leaves our care, we cannot guarantee how it is handled in transit.
Claims Disclaimer: If you believe your item arrived damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a video of the plant and packaging in its original condition. We will do our best possible to find a solution!
If you have any questions about plant care or need support after your purchase, we’re always happy to help!
